Kemi is now demonstrably the most corrupt and dishonest Secretary of State

 Kemi has refused all requests to investigate one of the biggest scams and frauds in the City of London - the fund raising by Quantexa Limited and the missing £'000s of millions in a company she part owns on behalf of the British Public.

2 months ago she said "I am on top of my brief. I will not be tripped up". How the mighty are fallen.

Kemi's predecessors invested $35m into a fund run by what turns out to be a Swiss operation that claims to be regulated by The Bank of England and its Prudential Regulatory Authority in its filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission to obtain "exempt" status. (see pages 2 and 4 of the Form ADV or Schedule D 1.M at https://adviserinfo.sec.gov/firm/summary/319748)

On Thursday 11 March 2024 The Bank of England told me that claim is completely false and they have no records of Evolution Equity Partners (https://evolutionequity.com/) that used part of Kemi's money to become a major shareholder in Quantexa. (see late filed Confirmation Statement at https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/10045407/filing-history) 

Kemi has also doubled down on direct investements into Quantexa as well and Rishi "Cynik" strutted the global stage saying how great an investment it is.

It gets worse:

Albion Capital Group LLP, one of the City of London's largest Venture Capital managers - all with a Premium listing on the London Stock Exchange lied to investors in reports and prospectus and Quantexa never raised the money it said it did. All that happened was a transfer between Albion funds - that is a SCAM - pure and simple. (see same Quantexa Confirmation Statement and Albions own filings and records.)


Kemi has made the UK a global laughing stock - and we all thought Liz was bad!

And don't forget her staff have recently been fired for corruption by taking bribes  from Chartered Accountants, and one of her non-executive Directors is a solicitor who has been paying money for years to a serving High Court Judge who admits improperly favouring Kemi's licensees. Official investigation is ongoing as I write this.


The City of London is simply no longer a safe place to invest if no-one holds miscreants to account.
